Evaluation of Training and Programs, Testing, Survey Research

SWORPS evaluators and statisticians collaborate with agency administrators and program staff members to apply both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. We respond to each agency's particular research questions, and our data-collection strategies meet specific needs for managing information.

Since 1975 we have offered a wide range of technical assistance to many national, state, and local agencies. SWORPS's experience ranges from providing initial consultations about research design to taking on complete responsibility for an applied research or evaluation project—conceiving the research design, implementing it, analyzing data, and reporting findings. The office staff has expertise in survey methods, program and training evaluation, needs assessment, test validation, information management, database development, and software engineering.
