What CARE Can Do For You
The Center for Applied Research and Evaluation (CARE) works collaboratively with its clients to assure that evaluation information can be used to guide decision-making and improve program effectiveness and efficiency. We measure our success by how our work affects the populations that comprise our studies and how well we meet our clients’ needs.
The data we collect are used to make policy decisions based on input from the public, and the recommendations that SWORPS’s evaluators and researchers present to policy makers and key stakeholders are highly valued and respected.
Testimonials From Our Clients
“Staff members were helpful at every step in the process. They gave suggestions for wording and organizing the instrument and were very helpful with analysis. They were professional and friendly. They completed work on time, and were very flexible and accommodating with schedule changes and questionnaire changes.”
—Dr. Candace White, Associate Professor, UT School of Advertising & Public Relations
“I’ve used CARE telephone-based research services in several of my research initiatives, both at the county and state level. Their CATI system and staff have always brought my surveys into the field quickly while delivering error-free data right on schedule. In addition, they have been very supportive in helping me with grant proposal methods and budget projections. I’d recommend CARE to any researcher needing to use telephone surveys in their research.”
—Dr. Eugene Fitzhugh, Assistant Professor, UT Center for Physical Activity & Health, Department of Exercise, Sport, & Leisure Studies
